Knives out: a well-made pastiche of Agatha Christie.

Director Rian Johnson is following-up Star Wars: The Last Jedi with a well-made pastiche of Agatha Christie.

The day after a big party for his 85th birthday, an immensely rich crime novelist (Christopher Plummer) is found dead in his country house. It is up to the charming and clever detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig without a license to kill) to figure out the real clues from the fake ones, decipher the lies, unmask the secrets, and expose the truth. Just as fun as reading Agatha Christie.
